Commissioned to translate Philippe Starck’s philosophy into a cinematic sales presentation for the launch of Yoo Limassol — a luxury residential development on the Cyprus coast. My role covered scripting, storyboarding, and full visual direction of what happens on screen.

Working in close collaboration with an editor and motion designer, I directed every visual moment: from the black and white interview treatment with oversized editorial typography, to the interior mood board sequences (Nature and Culture) and animated property reveals.

The brief was “more than real estate”. The result felt closer to a fashion film.

That was the point.
