This video is a humorous and relatable take on the first-day-at-work experience. It is designed to highlight new employees' challenges and how Exness addresses them through its Buddy Program. The narrative follows a new hire navigating the overwhelming and often awkward moments of their first day—getting lost, struggling with parking, figuring out desk bookings, mistaking the side activities, QR codes, floors and more. The video uses lighthearted, exaggerated scenarios to emphasise the importance of guidance and support for new employees.
As the director, my role was to bring this concept to life by balancing humor with authenticity, ensuring the scenarios resonated with viewers while maintaining a professional tone that aligned with Exness’s brand. From scripting and storyboarding to coordinating filming, styling, and sound design, the goal was to create an engaging and memorable piece highlighting Exness’s unique onboarding and employee support approach.
