Bringing lean management out of the ivory tower.

Exness needed to explain what a gemba walk is — the lean management practice of leaders leaving HQ to see operations on the ground — and motivate executives from the Cyprus office to actually take part in one, all the way in Malaysia.

We built the film around the same tension the concept addresses. A narrator sits in an “ivory tower” above Cyprus, imagining what happens in the distant customer support office. The animation then makes the case for coming down to see it in person — playful, character-driven, and pitched as an invitation rather than a directive.

Roles: Direction, Art Direction, Scriptwriting, Concept, Storyboarding.

Educational animation only works when the storytelling earns its runtime. Every metaphor, character shift, and beat of pacing needs a specific job: introduce the concept, name the tension, show the payoff, land the invitation. That structure holds up whether the audience is corporate staff, students, or the general public.
